INGREDIENTS
324 grams of flour 300 grams of sugar 1 tsp of baking soda 2 tbsp of cocoa powder 2 eggs 3/4 cups of vegetable oil 1 cup of buttermilk 1tsp of white vinegar 1tbsp of red food color 1tbsp of vanilla extract
CREAM CHEESE ICING
3/4 pound cream cheese 1/2 pound unsalted butter 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract 1 pound confectioners' sugar
-Make sure ingredients are at room temperature -Mix Cream cheese and butter with an electric mixer for 5 minutes or until light and fluffy -Add sugar and continue mixing on medium speed until well combined -Add vanilla extract and mix on high until icing becomes light and fluffy -Enjoy!
